Tell us your insurer in the app. We automatically route your car to their approved garage, protecting your policy and your claim.

How does the Mécanique service work?

We collect, pre-check, fix what is needed, submit to the official centre, and return your car with the sticker. Fail due to our error and we cover all costs.

Can I get a replacement car?

Yes, from $35/day when your job runs longer than a day. Economy through Premium, subject to availability.

Which areas do you cover?

Keserwan, Metn, Beirut and Aley, 24 hours a day. Tripoli, Sidon and Zahle are coming in Phase 2.

How quickly will someone arrive?

Most emergency jobs are reached within 20–30 minutes inside our coverage area (Keserwan, Metn, Beirut, Aley). Towing can take 45–60 minutes depending on distance.

How do I pay for an emergency service?

You can pay the agent on-site, or through the app using Whish, card or USDT. The price is confirmed with you before the agent is dispatched.

What if a jump start doesn’t fix my battery?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes a jump start won’t resolve a deeper fault. Our agent will explain your options on the spot, including collect-and-return for a full battery replacement. A call-out fee may still apply.

Do you provide a tyre for the tyre-change service?

Accepted Answer

No, we fit your vehicle’s own spare wheel. If you need a new tyre supplied, we can arrange that separately through our collect-and-return service.

How does the towing service work?

Accepted Answer

You should be present to hand over your vehicle. No mechanical repairs are done on-site. Make sure your tow hooks are available and the car can be shifted to neutral. For modified or low-clearance cars, loading is at owner’s risk.
