Provider Terms

Last updated: June 2026

These terms apply to garages, workshops and mechanics ("providers") who accept jobs through Karagio. By partnering with us, you agree to them.

1. The partnership

Karagio connects you with vehicle owners who need automotive work, and coordinates the collection, delivery and return of their vehicles. You are an independent business. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship, partnership or joint venture between you and Karagio.

2. Becoming a provider

To join the Karagio network you must:

  • Be a legally operating automotive business or qualified individual in Lebanon.
  • Complete Karagio's vetting process and provide any documentation we reasonably request.
  • Declare your specialties and service areas accurately.
  • Maintain the standards of quality, safety and conduct expected by Karagio.

3. Receiving & accepting jobs

  • Karagio routes jobs to you based on your declared specialties, location and availability, and on insurance-approval matching where relevant.
  • For each job, you must submit an itemised estimate (parts, labour and timeline) through the Karagio Provider App.
  • You may not begin chargeable work until the customer has approved the estimate through Karagio.
  • If additional work is needed, you must pause and submit a supplementary estimate for approval before continuing.

4. The digital job log

For every job, you must keep an accurate, real-time record in the Karagio Provider App, including:

  • Each part replaced, with brand, type and unit cost.
  • Labour performed, with description and time.
  • Photographs of the work, before and after.

Failure to maintain a complete and accurate job log is a breach of these terms. The customer can view this log, and it forms the basis of the final invoice.

5. Pricing & payment

  • You set the price for your work; Karagio does not dictate your rates.
  • You must not charge the customer directly. All payment for jobs arranged through Karagio flows through the Karagio platform.
  • Karagio collects payment from the customer and pays out your earnings according to the payout schedule communicated to you.
  • You must honour the approved estimate. Charges beyond the approved amount, without a separately approved supplementary estimate, will not be paid.

6. Quality & conduct

  • You must perform work professionally, safely and to a competent standard.
  • You must use parts of the type and quality represented in your estimate.
  • You must treat customer vehicles with care while in your possession.
  • Customers rate jobs after completion. Providers whose rating falls below the standard set by Karagio may be suspended or removed.

7. Warranties & rework

You warrant your workmanship. If a job is found to be defective, you agree to participate in Karagio's dispute-resolution process and, where the fault is yours, to re-do the work at your cost or bear the cost of remedy as determined through that process.

8. Insurance compliance

Where a job is routed to you as an insurance-approved repair, you agree to follow the relevant insurer's documentation and process requirements, and to communicate accurately so the customer's coverage is not jeopardised.

9. Responsibility for vehicles

While a customer's vehicle is in your possession, you are responsible for its safekeeping and for any damage caused by your negligence. You must maintain appropriate insurance for vehicles on your premises.

10. No circumvention

You agree not to solicit or transact directly with customers introduced to you through Karagio for services that would otherwise be arranged through the platform. This obligation continues for the duration of the partnership and for a reasonable period afterwards.

11. Confidentiality

You will keep confidential any non-public information about customers, pricing, and Karagio's operations that you obtain through the partnership, and use it only to perform jobs.

12. Suspension & termination

Either party may end the partnership with reasonable notice. Karagio may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these terms, poor ratings, unsafe conduct, fraud, or any conduct that risks customer trust or safety. Obligations relating to completed jobs, payment, warranties and confidentiality survive termination.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Lebanese law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses. Karagio's liability to you arising from any job is limited to the amounts payable to you for that job.

14. Changes

Karagio may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you, and continued acceptance of jobs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic, and any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
